For this example we are going to use the Contacts Listview

Click on the "Colum Chooser" icon in the listview tab

A pop up of available columns will appear

To add a hidden field to the listview simply draw and drop the hidden field to the "displayed" section of the pop up

Now we are able to view the "Email" field in our listview

To remove a field from the listview simply drag an drop the desired field in the "hidden" potion of the pop and click "SAVE CHANGES"
