    How to Add and Track Mentoring Connection Related Tasks Using Google Calendar

    Open your Google Calendar
    Click here to open your "Tasks"
    Click "Add a task"
    Click on "Details" to provide a summary of the action/follow up you need to complete related to tasks within your Mentoring Connection Plan
    Click "Date/time" to select the date you would like to schedule for that action to take place.
    Click here to progress through the calendar to find the targeted date if needed.
    Click on the desired date once located.
    Click "OK"
    Your newly added "task" will now appear under "My Tasks".
    Return to your Calendar and navigate to the date your created task was assigned on to locate it outside of the "Task" function.
    Click on your "Task" to review it.
    Click "Mark completed" once action has been completed
    Click here to review "My Tasks"
    Your "Task" will show as "Completed"
