Navigate to Brokerage Engine and access the Commission Detail Page of the Transaction where the Invoice Payment was deducted. Ensure the Transaction has been Completed and Uploaded to Accounting and the Invoice was marked "Paid".

The "Agent Open Balances" section shows that $200 was deducted from their commission towards their AR Balance.

The Invoice displays the status of "Paid" and the Payment Details show "Paid by Commission".

Revoke the Transaction from Accounting by following your assigned After Action procedure.

Click "Reopen" from the "Recalc" dropdown menu.

From the "Agent Open Balances" section, click on the Payment Action Button.

Click on the Invoice Number of the invoice to be adjusted.

The Invoice will then display. The status is now "Open" since the payment was reversed when the Transaction was revoked from Accounting.

Click the pencil icon next to the Amount.

Click the "Adjustment Amount" field and type the amount. If the invoice is being reduced, then the number needs to be entered as a negative .

In this case, the invoice needs to be reduced by "100".
