From the New Inbound Items worklist select the fax you want to work on

Select the order that you scheduled in Epic by clicking on it and click the custom button "Annotate"

Click the "Enter text" field and enter the text you want to annotate on the fax. In this example, we entered a case id and initials.

Click the + sign to have the text pasted on the document

Select the "Options" drop down and choose "Save and Send" to then have this save and then have the fax out pop up

Discard All Changes
Save
Save + Send
Save + Archive
Save and Send + Archive

Click the check mark next to the fax number you want to fax the document to. In this example we chose Dr. Francis Smith

Scroll down and Click "Send" to fax the document out.  

TIP: If you do not have the number saved as a favorite, you can go to the "Contacts" tab and then enter the number (area code and number) and then select "Send"
