Click "Apply" on the Program you plan to graduate from. If the Apply link is not available, please contact your Faculty Mentor/College Navigator to determine your next steps. If you plan to apply for a certificate, diploma, or degree that is not listed you will need to email [registrar@isothermal.edu](mailto:registrar@isothermal.edu) to add the program to your record.

Click the "Preferred Name on Diploma" field. Enter the name you would like printed on your credential.

Click the "Phonetic Spelling" field. You can enter your phonetic spelling so that your name can be announced correctly at the Commencement Ceremony.

Click here to let us know if you plan to attend the Commencement ceremony in May.

Let us know if you would like to pick up your diploma in person, if not we will mail those out to the address on file.

All graduate names are included in the Commencement program. If you do not want your name included, please click here to let us know.

Enter the number of guest you will need tickets for. In most years, we give out a maximum of 4 tickets per graduate. You can be added to a waitlist for additional tickets if you enter more than 4 in this box.

Click the "Do you or your guests need any special accommodations?" field. Let us know if any of your guest will need special accommodations for the ceremony.

Click "Submit" once you have finished filling out your application.

Click "A confirmation email will be sent to your ICC student email once you have completed the application. The Records office will contact you with additional details as we get closer to the Commencement ceremony.
