How to Apply for Authority for Withdrawal of a Narcotic on TTBizLink

This guide explains how to apply for an Narcotic Withdrawal Certificate on TTBizLink from the Drug Inspectorate of the Chemistry, Food and Drugs Division on the Ministry of Health.

You must have a valid Narcotic Import Licence before applying for a Withdrawal Certificate.

From your Dashboard, click "APPLY" from the left menu options.

Next, click "E-services" to view all Licences and Certificates.

Click "Narcotics Withdrawal Certificate".

Review the information about the service. Next, click "Apply".

Creating the Application

Note: Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, and therefore must be filled.

Click "Search" to view all approved Narcotic Import Licences.

Identify the corresponding Narcotic Import Licence and click "Withdraw".

Review the Submitter Details. Click save or navigate to the next section.

Review the Application Details. Click save or navigate to the next section.

Review the Narcotics Details. Click save or navigate to the next section.

Update the List of Narcotics. Click the Action button.

Enter the quantity to be withdrawn and click "Update".

Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Review the Import Details. Click save or navigate to the next section.

Attach documents to your application in Supporting Documents. Enter a Document Name under the column "Description".

Click "Drop files here or click to upload" to locate and upload files.

Once uploaded, click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Review the Contact Details. Click save or navigate to the next section.

Enter the information in Notification Details.

To enter a phone number to receive notifications via text messages, click the check box in the Notification Details section.

If the E-mail Address for Notification Details is the same as the E-mail Address listed in Contact Details, click the check box for "Same as Contact Details".

Click "Save".

The Summary section provides an overview of all the details entered in the previous sections. If there are changes, click on the relevant section and make updates as required. If there are no further updates, click "Complete Application".

Remember to click "Save" after making any changes.

The application has been completed and is now Pending Submission. There is one additional section, which can only be completed by the User with the Submit Permission.

Submitting the Application

Submitting the application can only be done by the User with the Submit Permission.

Click "Terms & Conditions". Carefully read the Terms & Conditions. Once in agreement, click the check boxes for each of the statements.

Click "Complete & Submit".

The application is now submitted successfully.

Click "Exit" to return to the dashboard.

Obtaining Your Certificate

Once your application has been approved by this agency, you will be notified via email.
