Fill out required Demographic Information

Click the "Student Success Program/ Community" radio button to apply to the Salinas Valley Promise (SVP). Your information will also be sent to all programs listed above.
Click the "Basic Needs" radio button to apply to Basic Needs (SOUL Center) only.
Or Click "Both" if you want to apply to ALL programs listed.
