Locate your item from the list and click on the 3 dots to open list of actionable items. For quick access, use the search field to locate your item or sort the list with alphabetical order.

Be sure of the action. Click "Archive" to save the operation or dismiss to cancel the process.

On the action bar click "Restore"

We can see our item here, confirming the archive action was successful. To restore the item, click on the 3 dots to open list of actionable items.

Click "Proceed without stock take" if sure the stock numbers has not changed. 

Click "Stock take" to confirm the stock levels and edit to new levels.\
If the stock numbers are not as displayed, edit the units counted fields for respective batches, else if the stock numbers are ok as displayed do not edit them. Click "Confirm" save the operation or dismiss to cancel the process.
