How to Assign a Task to a Team Member from Service Request?

Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

Go to "**Tenant Management**" dropdown under "Administration" on the left navigation

Click on "**Service Reques**t" under "Tenant Management" dropdown

Search for a Service Request that needs to be **assigned**. Then click on "**View Details**" icon under "**Action**" menu

Click on **"Assign Internal"**

Click on "**Select an Admin (internal)"** dropdown beside "Assign to" icon to **select** the Team Member

Click on the "**Write a comment for the task ..."** field to add necessary comments
8
Click on "**Submit**" to complete the process
