    Click on the Reformer Pilates tile in the App.
    Click on the "Book Now" button beside the class you want to schedule. To change the week view click the top right. \ \*Note: you can book Reformer Pilates classes up to 7 days in advance.\*
    Once you select the class time you would like to book, you will be asked to sign in. \ Note: This is a new booking system and will be different than your login info for the app.
    Sign in/ log into your account using the email associated with your membership profile. Click forgot password and you will receive a password by email. \ *Make sure you save your login credentials so you do not need to remember your password moving forward!*
    If you do not have an account, you will see a message like the one below when you try to reset your password.
    Once you click okay, you will then be redirected to the "Create an Account" tab and you will see this screen below. Fill out the fields and click "Register". \*Make sure you use the email associated with your membership profile\*
    After signing in, return to the Booking page by clicking here, or by clicking the "+ New Booking" button
    To view the Reformer Pilates schedule make sure its selected in the "Schedules" menu. You will then see all available times for you to schedule your session.
    **You will be asked to add a payment method for your first booking.** If you are purchasing a drop-in in order to secure your booking, you will see the total amount to be paid in the payment description. You will need to upload a credit card to your profile so you can proceed with confirming the booking.\ **Click "add" to add your credit card.**\ \ This will most likely be your scenario if this is your first time booking and you DO NOT have a membership add-on or orientation series.
    Click "Credit Card"
    Enter your first and last name as it appears on your credit card and the card number, expiration, CVC and postal code. Then click confirm to finish adding your card to your profile.
    Once you've finished adding your credit card, you can confirm your booking!
    **Or...**If you already purchased a membership add-on (4, 8 or 12 session package), you will see that you are charged $0. You will only be charged if you late cancel/ no show within 12 hours of the class start time which is our policy. Follow the steps above or click the "+" sign to add a payment method.
    The last step is to "Confirm" your booking by clicking the button below. \ \ Note if the button stays grey this is an internet connection issue, the booking confirmation is still loading, make sure you have a strong wifi signal/ are in a strong service area. You will not be able to confirm the booking until the button is fully loaded which will turn the confirm button a solid color, as seen below.
    Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the option to add the booking to the calendar of your choice. Congrats you're booked! 🎉
