Navigate to [https://www.practicingtheway.org/](https://www.practicingtheway.org/)

Click "LOGIN" on the top right of the screen.

Enter your email and password that was created during the sign up process.

Click "LOGIN"

Click "GO TO DASHBOARD"

Click "My Rule of Life"

Click "BUILD YOUR RULE OF LIFE"

Review each of the 9 major areas of practices.

Click any items you'd like to include in your rule of life on a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis.

You can also create your own practice.

When you are finished building your rule of life, click "DONE"

Review your rule of life. Click "PRINT" if you'd like to print a hard copy or a PDF.
