Adding your first question
The first thing we're going to do is add a question with conditional logic to ensure that we only receive responses from students that are currently enrolled in #100DaysofNoCode or #100DaysofAI.\

Select "**Multiple choice**" within the "Questions" section.

In this example we're going to ask users whether they are a student currently enrolled in one of the 100 School challenges. They'll then be served different outcomes based on their response.\

Click inside of "**Option 1**" and add "**Yes**"

Enter "**No**" as the second option.

Click on a new line to create a new block. We're now going to add some text that will only appear when users select "No".

Enter the text you'd like to be shown to users that are not qualified to complete the feedback form.

Click the icon highlighted below and select "**Hide**". \

What you're doing here is making sure that this block is hidden within the form, until it's triggered to show by user response.
