Open the template or design where you want to bulk create in Canva.

- Click on "Apps" in the editor side panel, then click on "Bulk Create" under the *More from Canva* section.
- If available to you, you can instead click on "Bulk Create" in the editor side panel.

Entering Data Manually

To enter data manually, click "Enter data manually" on the bulk create tab.

To delete the sample data, you can click on "Clear Table". Then enter your data into the table.

To add more columns:
- Click "Add text" to add a text column, then add the text to the cells
- Click "Add image" to add a column for images, then select the "**+**" icon in the cell to select the image.

Click "Done" when finished adding your data.
To Upload Data

To upload data , click "Upload data" on the bulk create tab.

Select the file that contains the data you want to bulk upload in Canva.

Ensure the data is in the correct order and has clearly labeled columns. Make sure that it is saved as one of the following document types: .*csv*, .*xlsx*, or .*tsv*.

Once uploaded, select the *sheet* and *range* of where you want to fetch the data from, if needed.

Click "Continue" when finished.
Step 3: Connecting Your Data to Your Elements

Select the element you want to connect your data to, and click on the "More" option from the floating menu.

Click "Connect data".

Select the data field you want to connect the element to.
Tip!
To attach **images**, use elements like frames, shapes, photos, or grids. For **text**, always add text boxes first before connecting them.
