Navigate to [https://portal.geoh.app](https://portal.geoh.app/dashboard/work-list?category=visit_check_in_missed)

Click the Filter icon at the top of the Visit Types column.

Search by the visit type that needs adjusting.

If only the visits that need adjusting are showing, click the check mark button. (If not, add additional filters until only the visits that need adjusting are showing THEN click the check mark button.)

Select the preferred visit type for the update.

Add the number of visits intending to update to the "Type total visits to update (3)..." field.

Click "SAVE" and the visits will have changed to the new visit type.
