How to Cancel Your Subscription

Looking to cancel your subscription? Are you sure...? Okay, we understand but we will miss you. Follow these simple steps to cancel your subscription.

Click this 'my account' button.

Input the email you used to create your subscription and click 'Send login code (sens SMS and email)

Check your email or texts for your login code and input it into the boxes.

Once you're inside your subscription portal, look for the subscription you would like to cancel. Click the 'Manage this Subscription' link below the product name.

Click "Cancel subscription"

If you actually are looking to pause your subscription, you can use this pop up to reschedule your next delivery instead of cancelling. This way you won't forget to restart your subscription when you get back from that beach holiday you're taking.

If you do indeed want to cancel your subscription, click "Cancel subscription"

From the list of reasons, please select a reason for cancelling. This will help us make our services better and your feedback is valuable.

Click "Next"

The system may attempt to assist you. For example if you selected 'I want to try a different product' you may be prompted to simply swap the item. If you want to continue to cancel click 'No Thanks - Cancel subscription'

We would really appreciate any further information about why you are choosing to cancel so that we can better our services. The more information the better. When you're done, Click the "Confirm Cancellation" button. And that's it, you're done (although we hope you come back again soon!)
