    To cancel evictions for Barfield, Heist, and Jack O'Boyle you will create an email and send it to their specific cancellation email. \ Barfield - [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])\ Heist - [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) \ Jack O'Boyle - [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) Please see the example below.
    CC' your Regional Manager and the Property Email
    On the **Subject Line, you will type the Property vs. the "Resident's Name" - Cancel Eviction** as seen below
    **In the body of the email, highlight the cancellation request and the reason for cancellation.** For Example: *Please cancel the eviction for Greenway vs. John Doe Apt #2002. The resident has vacated the unit or The resident has paid their full balance.*\ \ **Click "Send"**
    **For Texas properties using Nationwide Compliant, you will log in to the portal, locate the resident, under "Request Dismissal" and select "Dismiss".**\ \ You will select the Reason of Dismissal; Unit Vacated, Resident Paid, etc.
    Alert! Please note that it can take 24-72 hours for the Court or the Sheriff/Constable Office to receive the Eviction Dismissal from the law firms.
