Be sure to be logged in!
Click the top right profile icon
Choose 'Settings' from the drop down menu
On the first page you come to, which is General Settings, scroll down.
Alert! You must be 18 or over to see these settings! Accounts with minors do not have access to these settings until they age out. By Default, minor accounts will not have access to NSFW or Gore (17 or older does)
