How to Change Default Dropdown Values in Flourish

Change Default Value

Navigate to the admin panel by clicking on your username in the top right corner and selecting **Admin**

Scroll down the page to **Developer Tools** and click on **Studio**

Select the module where you would like to reset the default value
For this example we're using **Daily Attendance**

Click **Fields**

Find the DropDown Field you would like to change the default for and click on it
For this Example we are using **Social Event**

The default value is set in this box.
In this example the default is set to **"No"**

To change the default click on the value you would like to have as the new default

After the new default value has been selected, scroll up to the top and click **Save**
Test Changes

Navigate to the create screen for the module you just updated

Check that the default value is set to the updated value
