      Log in to your LendingWise back office.
      Click "Pipeline"
      Click "Pipeline - Main"
      Click on the icon shown below in the Status column.
      Click on the Primary Client File Status drop-down menu.
      Select your preferred Primary File Status from the list of options.
      Click "Save"
      Now you have changed the Primary File Status.
      Another way you can do this is by clicking on the name of the loan file to open the loan file.
      Go to "Primary File Status" and change from "Lead" to your preferred choice by selecting from the drop-down menu and then clicking SAVE.
