How to Change Your Subscription Product or Charity Partner

Click "Login"

Enter your login details.

Click "Sign in"

Click "My Subscriptions"

On your active subscription, click "View details"

On the BCause Box you would like to update, click "Edit"

To change the Charity Partner you wish to support, simply select the charity partner you'd like to switch to from the dropdown.

Click "Confirm swap" and you're done!

To change which box size you're subscribed to. Click "Edit" beside the product you're currently subscribed to.

Click "Swap"

Choose which box size you would like to swap to. In this example, we're switching from an Individual Box to a Family Box. Click "Family Size BCause Box" or "Select"

Click this dropdown and choose which Charity Partner you would like to support.

Click "Confirm swap" and you're done!
