    Click arrow to navigate dropdown.
    Click "Strategic Initiatives Queue"
    Click desired case number.
    Click here to change Case Owner.
    Click the "Search Users..." field.
    Type name of coach in search bar.
    Click name of coach.
    Click "Change Owner"
