To begin, open a PowerPoint Presentation.

Click "Design"

Click the arrow next to "Slide Size" to open a drop down menu.

Click "Page Setup..."

Choose the size you want your presentation to be and click "OK" to change the size.

Click "Scale" to scale your content to fit your new dimensions.
