To begin, open your workbook in Excel.

Select the range you want to check for duplicates. This can be a single column/row, multiple columns/rows, or group of highlighted cells.

Click "Home" from the top menu ribbon.

Click "Conditional Formatting," then "Highlight Cells Rules," and click on "Duplicate Values..." to open a pop up window.

Choose how you would like the duplicated data to be displayed, then click "OK" to close the window.

You can now easily see the duplicates in your excel spreadsheet.
