How to Clone and Create a New Assessment

Select the assessment you want to clone by checking the box to the left of the title

Locate the Bulk actions drop down in the top right corner of the page

Click "Clone and Create New"

Click "Clone Questions, Evidence and Notes"

Click "Clone"

In the third step "Questions" is where you are able to change the answer type. We recommend using the SCF CMM answer type but if you would like to use a simpler answer type, I would recommend selecting Custom from the dropdown and then changing the Custom answer type to "Yes/No"

Click "Next"

Now you can finish setting up the assessment as you normally would
