How to Close the Loop in CustomerGauge
This is a short guide to show you how the closed-loop feedback case management system works in CustomerGauge.

In your CustomerGauge Dashboard, click the "Close the Loop" icon

Click "Cases Tracking"

Go to your CX team's "Open Cases" and choose one

Open the specific Case that needs attention

Click "Close The Loop"

This will show you how long the case has been open, who it's assigned to, and where you keep track of progress.

Click "Open"

Change the Case Status once an action has been taken.
