    How to Collapse Rows in Google Sheets

      Note: In order to make rows collapsible, they must be grouped

      Locate the rows you want to group together Make sure they are consecutive, as Google Sheets only allows grouping of adjacent rows To select multiple rows, click on the number of the first row and drag downward to include the additional rows you wish to group

      Go to the top menu bar and click on "View"

      From the drop-down menu choose "Group"

      Choose "Group rows \[range\]", where \[range\] represents the row numbers you selected. For example, in this case it says "Group rows 3–5"

      After grouping the rows, you’ll notice a small minus (-) or plus (+) icon on the left-hand side of the row numbers By clicking the Minus (-) sign you'll be able to collapse the group, hiding the rows
