How to Complete Online Forms in Campwise

Login to your campwise account and select "Login".

Select "Complete Registration" or "Update Info" next to the camper's name.

Select the "forms" tab.

There are three forms that must be completed by **April 1st**. To complete these you'll select "Open". Each form must be fully complete. Once all three forms have green text saying the form is complete you have completed all online forms. If the form text is still in red stating "Form not complete", you have not completed the entire form.

Once you complete a form select "Save/Next" and it'll take you back to the forms tab to complete the others. If you have to stop in the middle of filling out a form select "Save, Finish Later" so that you don't loose your progress.
