How to Complete Viewpoint

Tip! It is recommended to complete Viewpoint on a desktop/laptop computer ... if you do not have access to a computer, feel free to stop at any NWTC location to use the student computers.

Tip! *Nursing has a few options: 1-2-1 is ONLY for UWGB students. If you will **be under age 18** when the Nursing Assistant class begins, make sure to select "K12 Students (under age 18 only)".*

*Note: Make sure you select your correct program.*

Alert! For Nursing Associate Degree and Practical Nursing students. You will need to return to www.nwtc.edu/cbc and start an additional order for the drug test to be admitted to either program. The Drug Test is not required at this time for Nursing Assistant.

Choose Background Check + Health Portal.

Click "Confirm"

Check the "I have read" box and select "Next"

Alert! Review all your information PRIOR to submitting any forms. If anything is misspelled or incorrectly entered, your form will be rejected.

Tip! If you will be UNDER 18 when the class begins, **skip ahead to step 16!**

Start By Clicking Here

Select "Student/Volunteer" and add the following:\ Legal First, Middle and Last Name\ Other Names (including prior to marriage)\ Position Title "Student" \ Date of Birth

Add your address and select "Next"

Thouroughly read and respond to each question

Alert! If the answer is "yes" to any of the questions. Make sure to list ANY and ALL, including accurate dates. Failure to include information will result in your form being rejected.

If you answer yes, list the explanation in the box below

Initial and Type Your Name

Enter the Date and Select Submit

Click here to review the information you entered

Click here if you need to fix the form

If everything is correct select "continue"

Add your First, Last and Middle Name!

Add your Social Security Number

Add your birthdate and select your gender ...

Alert! You must add your NWTC Student ID number here. If you do not know your NWTC student ID number please call 920-498-5444.

Add your phone number and your NWTC Student ID number

Add your email address! Note: This is the email address where you will receive communications from Viewpoint.

Add your home address ...

Click "Next"

Confirm your information is correct and select "OK" ...

You will now be prompted to add your payment information.

After payment has been submitted, you will create a password and automatically be logged into viewpoint! This is your "home page or dashboard" ...

Navigate to "Health Portal" to view required documents ...

Click "on the blue link" to view the details for each requirement ...

Click "Upload" to upload your records ..

If you see Technical Standards ... you will need to download and fill out the form. You can download it by clicking on "the document" link ...

The document will open in a new tab. Be sure to add your NWTC Student ID and Name at the top.

Initial both places!

Alert! Make sure to sign (by typing in the box), print, date and add your NWTC Student ID number!

Type and Sign your name, date and add NWTC Student ID Number.

Check the box ...

Save the completed document to your device!

Click "Upload New Technical Standards Document"

Click "Select File" to search your computer for your saved document

Click "Select File"

Find your saved document ...

Click "Open" to upload it to Viewpoint

Click "Continue" ...

Click to review your uploaded document

Click "Document is correct. Complete upload for review"

Click "Done" ...

View the status of the documents you have submitted.

You can also view the results from the "view results" tab ...

Tip! You can review the status of all documents on the right hand side. All items in the Health Portal should show "complete". You may need to resubmit some items. When all items are complete, notify [cbc@nwtc.edu](mailto:cbc@nwtc.edu) to complete your NWTC admissions checklist.
