    How to Confirm Bookings and Update Payment status.

    Admin confirm booking via telephone

    Open the required booking then click on the "Status" of the job.

    Click the dropdown to select the Booking status. Change status to " Booking" Then click "Update" You will also see a history of when Status changes were made and by whom

    Click "OK"

    The job status is changed to "Booking"

    Customer confirm booking via email

    Customer will receive an automated Quotation with "Book Now" Link in email.

    Click 'BOOK NOW' to confirm the booking.

    Once customers confirm booking via email. the status of the job will be changed to "Booking" automatically. The customer will receive an automated thank you for your booking confirmation email, but the Payment Status will still show as Unpaid.

    Update the payment in the system.

    Once confirmation of the payment is received in your business bank account, the admin needs to manually update the payment for the job. Simply click "Make Payment" in the booking.

    Enter the amount received, select the payment method, and add payment notes e.g. transaction reference then click "Update"

    The job status will be updated to "Paid"

    Customer will receive a "Payment Received" confirmation email, with the transaction payment details included.
