Click on the settings icon.

Click "General" under Your Preferences

Click "Email"

Click "Connect personal email" ("personal" in this case means your individual work email address)

Turn on inbox automation to track email correspondence with customers and prospects.

Click "Connect your inbox"

Enter Your Email address.

Click "Next"

Click "Connect to Gmail"

Click "Continue"

Complete your login to verify your account.

Click "Allow"

Suggested: Click "Download Extension" to add the plugin for HubSpot into your email (this will assist with sending email templates, documents, meeting links, etc. directly from your Google account).

Click "Download" under the Gmail / G Suite in Chrome column and follow the steps to connect to your account.

Click "Done"

Click "Turn on"
