    If you only need to add to an existing distribution list, skip to step 9.
    Click here.
    Click "Classifications"
    Click "Stakeholder List"
    Click "New"
    Click the "Name" field.
    Type your distribution list name
    Click "Save"
    Click "Tools"
    Click "Batch Operations"
    Click "New"
    Click this dropdown.
    Select 'modify'
    Click "Click here to open the selector" and select your new distribution list
    Click here.
    Click "Apply"
    Click this dropdown and select the action you want to perform, like 'amend'.
    Search for the record you want to "Amend" to the new distribution list.
    Click "Execute"
    Click "Yes"
