How to Create HubSpot Knowledge Articles by embedding Scribe articles

Navigate to the Internal Knowledge Base within the Service Hub within HubSpot CRM.

Click "Create article"

Switch to tab "Scribe | Workspace"

Find the Scribe article you want to move into HubSpot's knowledge base and select it.

Back in the HubSpot article, add the title for the article you're creating.

Within the Scribe article's tab you have open, click, "Share."

Click "Smart Embed"

Click "Copy Embed Snippet"

In the HubSpot article draft, Click here. (in the Answer section.)

Click "Insert"

Click "Embed"

Press [[cmd]] + [[v]] (Paste the embed code you got from the Scribe article.)

Click "Insert"

Add a secondary title to tell the user what this article will help them accomplish.
Tip! There may already be one on the Scribe you're moving! If so, feel free to use this information as the Subtitle.

Click "Settings"

Check and make sure that the URL for the article has the whole title in the slug.

Click, "Select a Category."

Find the Category where this article belongs and select it.
Tip! If the category the article belongs to needs to be created, go through the steps of adding it within the Knowledge base. Link to that Scribe is here:
