    Log-in to client's Google ads account <https://ads.google.com/aw/overview>

    Click on "Tools and Settings" tab

    Select "Conversions" under Measurement section

    Click on the button below to create a new conversion action

    Select "Website events" below

    Click the "Website domain" field and enter the domain link

    Click on "Scan"

    Make sure to select the option with "Recommended" indicated

    Click on "Apply button"

    Click on "Add a conversion action manually"

    Under Goal and action optimization, click "Select category" from the dropdown menu

    Select "Submit lead form"

    Click the "Enter a conversion name" field. You can use this naming convention template to be more organized: Insert Agency Initials | Enter Funnel Name | Name of conversion action Example: LD | Name of Lead Magnet Funnel | Submit Lead Form

    Set a conversion value. PS: Since this is only a Submit Lead Form event, "Don't use value for this conversion" was selected. But if you wish to associate a certain value, you can do so. Although we usually set a value for a conversion when it's a purchase transaction.

    For Submit Lead Form events, we want to select "One" so that it won't track multiple times when a lead opts-in several times
