    How to Create Your Outlook Email Signature

      Create Signature

      Click "New Email"
      Click "File Tab"
      Click "Info"
      Click "Options"
      Click "Mail"
      Click "Signatures..."
      Click "New"
      Type your name (or whatever you want to name this signature if you will have multiple).
      Click "OK"
      Click "Edit signature" and enter your signature text.

      Insert a Logo Image

      Click "Pictures..."
      Find and select your logo file.
