Create the SMS Folder Template. Make sure to identify it is for Leads or Opportunities, the merge fields used in the template is different for each objects.

The Object should either be Opportunity or Lead.
The Type of Schedule and # Schedule is the due of when the message will be sent.
The Folder should be the same with the rest of SMS template you are creating this for.

Please refer to the official Cadence SMS Merge Field formula when you want to map fields from the recipients record.

Repeat this process until you finish all the SMS templates. Make sure to use the right Merge Fields and tag them under the same SMS Folder.
