    1
Navigate to <https://use.confirmedapp.com/scheduler> (You'll need to log in.) You can also get here by clicking any \[Edit\] button on your Confirmed Browser Extension in Chrome or Edge.

First, setup the basic scheduling parameters

    2
    Click "NEW SCHEDULER" to start.
    3
Click the "Calendar Name" field; then type the name of your scheduler. *For your Scheduler name (used in the title of the page that your meeting partner sees), uses something you want them to see.* *Examples: "Let's Explore", "Coffee Meeting", or "Demo of XXX"*
    4
Click the "Scheduling Link Type" dropdown; then select "Evergreen"
    5
How much notice do you want between when your meeting is confirmed and when it happens?
    6
    Select the amount of notice.
    7
How far in advance can somebody schedule with you? Click "Schedule in Advance (Weeks)".
    8
Then, select the maximum time between when they book and the meeting.
    9
Click "SUBMIT", which will create the Scheduler page & link.

Then, set up options for time-of-day, length of meeting, and meeting place/platform

    10
**Now, let's set it up to offer your meetings.** ***While HOLDING DOWN your left mouse-button,*** highlight the time ranges you want to offer for your meetings. (Don't worry about what's on your calendar. Whenever you're offering a meeting, Confirmed will automatically remove up-to-date times that your Outlook or Google. calendar says you are BUSY or OUT-OF-OFFICE.)
    11
Click specific web-platform types and physical locations that you will allow for meetings during the time range you just highlighted. *You may select as many places and platforms as you'd like.*
    12
How long do you want your confirmed meetings to last?
    13
    - Click "01:00:00" to approve 1-hour length meetings. - Click "00:30:00" for 30-minute meetings. While you may offer more meeting length options, for easiest readibility, we recommend no more than 3 options.
    14
Notice that all the lengths you chose are showing. Click somewhere else in the dialog box to stop choosing the length.
    15
Click "SUBMIT CHANGES" for this time range. (In our example, it's to schedule with you on any Monday during the date range.)
    16
Now that you've made Mondays available so others can confirm meetings with you, repeat to offer other days of the week you want to offer them. *With Confirmed, each day can have different options for meeting lengths and places or platforms to meet. (You can even have different options down to the hour.)*
