In the patient encounter navigate to "Diagnosis and Plan"

Utilize the ICD-10 quick list to search for common diagnosis. Just start typing the name or code and the system will return the diagnosis. 

Select the specific diagnosis you would like to pick from the search result.

For multiple diagnosis, simply repeat the process.

Use the full ICD-10 list to search from the whole list. Enter the code or type the name of the diagnosis and select it.

For treatment plan, open the "Treatment Plan" section

Add additional care instructions. This includes any nursing procedures done.
