**Complete the "Property name" field** with a human-readable name of your website eg. [[Your shop name - Etsy - GA4]]. Not the URL.
**Complete the "Reporting time zone"** with your own time zone.
**Complete the "Currency" field with the currency you use on Etsy.** Etsy sales are not recorded in Google Analytics, but there's no harm in setting this option just in case.

This section tells Google Analytics to show you default reports that might suit your business best. It does not restrict you from accessing any particular features or lock you into anything.
For Etsy, I suggest selecting: - Generate leads - Raise brand awareness - Examine user behavior Etsy sales are not recorded in Google Analytics, so ecommerce reports will not be relevant.
    Click "Create"

    Data collection

    Click "Web"
Enter [[etsy.com]] as the Website URL
Enter [[Etsy]] as the Stream name
    Click "Create stream"
If "Installation instructions" automatically appear after a few seconds, you can "X" to close. We won't use these instructions with Etsy.

Want to make guides like this in seconds? Yes, it's really that fast.
