    Navigate to <https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0/r>\ \ Then, click a general area on the calendar canvas.
    Click the "Add title" field.
    Type the event's name.\ \ Then, click "Add Google Meet video conferencing"
    Click "Add guests"
    Type email address and click on their account.\ (Preferably Gmail accounts)
    Click "settings" icon
    Here you can manage "Host Controls", "Guests" and "Breakout rooms"\ (Notice the menu items on the left)
    Under "Host Controls", manage the event as needed.\ \ Like in this example, I don't need people to 'ask to join', that is, I want anyone to be able to dial in, so I click the "Open" field.
    Under "Guests", manage the event as needed.\ \ Click "Guests" to switch.
    Click the "Add co-host" field.
    Type a few characters to get a filtered list.\ Note: you need to [invite a user first](https://scribehow.com/shared/How_to_Create_a_Google_Calendar_Event_with_Google_Meet__O5AG2dWERsGDGTCsGW9Xlg#32fbddd1), before adding them as a co-host.\ Click the user to select. Repeat to add more co-hosts.
    You can share the call's artifacts with the co-hosts\ \ Click here to enable that.
    Click "Save" to save Google Meet settings.
    Click "Save" to complete event creation.
    Decide whether you want to send invitation emails to your guests. Click "Don't send" to save the event without sending invitation emails. (Note that the event will appear on their calendars, though)\ Advisably, click "Send" to inform your invitees.
