    Enter username and password and log in.

    Click on Sections & Students.

    Click on the section name the student belongs to.

    Click "View Students"

    Click on the name of the student for whom you want to create a log entry.

    Click "Create Log Entry"

    Click the System dropdown and select "Student"

    Click the Section dropdown and select the section name.

    Adjust the date and time if needed.

    Click "Contact Type" and select "LiveLesson - Did Not Attend" or "LiveLesson - Did Not Attend (Required)"

    Choose the student's name from the dropdown menu for Contactees.

    Click Areas and Categories and select the "Related Services" option (this is located toward the bottom of the list).

    Click the checkbox next to the type of service and number of minutes of service that you provided. If you provided services for longer than the amount of time listed, you may choose more than one (for example, selecting "30 minutes" and "60 minutes" if you had a 90 minute session with a student.

    Tip! If your session was not scheduled for the exact amount of time listed in the log options, use the "rule of 7" to determine which time interval to select. Choose the amount that is closest to the number of minutes plus or minus 7 minutes. For example, a 40 minute session may be logged as "45 minutes."

    Add a comment regarding the student's absence. Click "Save and Finish"
