How to Create a New Contact in Triton Cloud
Contacts do NOT have access to Triton Cloud and can get alerts via text or email.

Navigate to Triton Cloud (app.tritonsensors.com)

Click "User Management"

Click "Contacts"

Click "Create Contact"
Tip! Use the "Upload Contact" button to add multiple contacts at once using an Excel file.

Add name, email, and cell phone number.

Click "Create"
Alert! Adding a contact to Triton Cloud doesn’t automatically enable alerts — they must be assigned to an alert type or group to receive notifications."
