    Navigate to [https://rto.acceler8.com.au/](https://rto.acceler8.com.au/)
    Log in to your account
From the landing page click 'courses'
    Click "Create new Course"
Registered Training Organisations may deliver 'non accredited' training and 'accredited' click on the box which suits the training course you are trying to create.
For accredited training you need to enter the nationally recognised code for the course you are creating
For accredited training you need to enter the nationally recognised title for the course you are creating.
For the course overview information enter text which gives a overview of what the training is. For example include: unit of competency, duration, entry requirements, certification, parking facilities & any important information. If unsure about what to include here have a look at what other training organisations are doing on our website.
For the course outline information enter text which gives a outline of what the training is. For example include: course summary, USI & enrolment forms, student dress requirements, food services, terms, conditions, privacy notice and any other relevant information include website links. If unsure about what to include here have a look at what other training organisations are doing on our website.
If your training organisation has multiple venues then you can select the venue where the training will be held. If the course is held at multiple venues you will need to create a new course (with the same information) and select the different training location.
If you have courses that are eligible for government grants/ funding subsidies then checking this box will create the course as a lead generation model. If you select this toggle then you are able to pre-qualify the prospective student.
From selecting 'government grant' you are able to input selection criteria & information pertinent to the government and ensuring the student understands the conditions to the grant. Note: this does not replace your training organisations process for receiving the grants, instead this is a process to minimise leads that do not meet qualification criteria.
This toggle is for courses that need to include GST to their price, often this is the case for 'non-accredited' training. When the toggle is blue that indicates GST will be applied to the course cost.
The frequency details if the course is scheduled to run daily, weekly, monthly or scheduled. Daily courses are those that have a low time duration (half a day or a day for example) and low course cost. These courses can typically run on multiple days of the week Weekly courses are those that may take several days or a full week to run, these are typically higher cost and require the student to attend for several or all the days of the week Monthly courses are those that may take several weeks to complete the course. Scheduled courses are those courses which don't have a regularly recurring frequency and may be scheduled to run randomly. Daily, weekly and monthly courses repeat constantly, that is you don't need to keep entering dates for the course to run. Scheduled course functionality doesn't repeat, however you are able to add more course dates whenever you need to.
Using the drop down calendar function you can select the starting date of when the daily, weekly or monthly function commences. The platform will keep introducing new dates as the weeks move through the year. The phase out date is when you choose for the course to stop running.
You can select the day the course can run on, your able to select multiple days if required. Remember if you have a course which runs for half a day on the morning on a mon, wed, fri then select these days for that course. If you have a course which runs on a tues, thurs for half a day in the afternoon then you can create a new line for this course start time.
Select the start time of the course being created.
Select the end time of the course being created.
Enter the cost of the course (this price excludes GST - if GST inclusive then you will need to slide the GST toggle)
Select how many seats are available for the class in total.
