How to Create a New Dashboard and Configure the Widgets

In the October 2024 update of Hosted Solutions, users can now set up and configure multiple dashboards. In this tutorial, we'll set up a new dashboard, rename it, and configure the widgets. Document # 101-0321 Updated 03/31/2025

Navigate to Hosted Solutions: <https://hosted.hamiltonservices.com/> Your dashboard is like your Hosted Solutions home page. It's the first thing you see when you log in. You can now set multiple dashboards and configure the widgets in each to a specific size and placement.

To create a new dashboard, click this button.

The new dashboard was named "Dashboard 4". To rename it, click "Dashboard Settings"

Type the new name here.

Choose what you do and don't want to see on the dashboard by toggling these icons. Red means it won't be shown.

Click "Update"

You can resize the widgets by clicking the corner of each. Click and drag to make them as big or as small as you want.

Pinning a widget will keep it from moving.

Close a widget by tapping the 'X' in the top corner of the box.

Some widgets have additional buttons in the corner. The '+' and '-' at the top right corner of the widget allow you to make the font size in the box bigger and smaller.

You can zoom into a specific part of the data by tapping the magnifying glass and then clicking and dragging it to the specific section you want to see.

The hand icon allows you to pan through the data. Click and drag the graph left and right to see different ranges of data.

The Home button resets the zoom to the default settings.

Click the 'Hamburger Menu' to see different export options.

The data can be downloaded as a SVG, PNG, or CSV.
