From the Orders tab of the dashboard, click "New Order" in the top right corner.

Click into the "CONTRACTOR" field and enter the name of the contractor.

(Note: Contractors must be existing members. If the contractor doesn't have an account yet, click "Add new Contractor")

The Contractor's name will appear in the dropdown list as you type.

If a Contractor member (ie foreman) is attached to the account, they can be selected from the Contractor Member field. 

Click into the "Delivery Address" field and begin typing the address the product(s) will be delivered to.

Select the address from the Google Maps drop down that auto-populates.

Select the "Plant" (aka Location) that you wish to dispatch the order from. If delivery location is further from the location than is specified in its set up screen, select "Search Plant Outside Geo Fence"

Click into "PRODUCT CATEGORY" to select the product category your product type belongs to.

Click into the "PRODUCT" field to select the product from the drop down menu. You can also type the name of the product to search.

Click into the quantity field to set the quantity for the order.

(Note: the product will default to the largest quantity assigned to the shipping method)

Click "Ok" to acknowledge the change in quantity.

Select the date you wish to delivery the product on. 

Select the time of the day the delivery is taking place.

Click the checkboxes next to any relevant options to add them to the order. 

Click into the "ADD NOTE FOR MANAGER" field to add any necessary notes to the order. 

Set the payment method.

Add methods of payment in the "Pay by" field, or click "Add a payment method later" to leave the payment method blank for now. 

Set the Order Status to booked if you're happy with booking the order. Leave the field unpopulated to leave the order in incoming status. 

Click "Add Order" at the bottom of the page to finalize the order entry. 

How To Create A New Volumetric Order Through The Dashboard
