From your Chat dashboard, click "Workflows"
Click "New Workflow"
Describe the workflow you want to build in plain language, and watch as [Copy.ai](http://Copy.ai) builds it for you. For this example, we used the following prompt: "Given a LinkedIn URL, write a personalized 2-3 sentence cold email pitch, a follow up InMail, another follow up email, and a final follow-up email. It should be written for #copyai" *Note: We used Infobase to load information about our product so we could use a "#" to pull the context up in our prompt. For more information on Infobase, click here.
Click the "Enter" icon.
And just like that, [Copy.ai](http://Copy.ai) will build your workflow. When it does, an editor will appear on the right-hand side. Add your input, and click "Test Workflow"
Once you've tested the workflow, you might want to make some changes. If so, simply click on the step you would like to change.
Then in the right-hand side editor, you can make any additional changes you need under "Prompt Instructions" or "Prompt Background."
When you've made your changes, click "Save Action"
Click "Close"
Click "Test"
Click "Test Workflow" to ensure you're happy with the new output.
Click "Publish" when you're satisfied with the results.
Confirm by clicking "Yes, Publish Workflow"
And now you've written a personalized email to a prospect which is great by itself, but even better at scale. To run this in bulk, click "Table" in your workflow top nav menu.
Click "New Row"
Drop another LinkedIn URL into your table.
Click the "Run" icon.
Click "New Row" to add another prospect.
Add your new LinkedIn URL.
Click the "Run" icon. Then rinse and repeat and you can have endless outbound messages (that are personalized to your prospect) created in minutes.
