    How to Create a Rule and Group for Driver Activity Notifications

        Click "Rules & Groups"

        Click "Rules"

        Find the Out of the Box rule we want to customize.

        Click this icon to use the Parameter's of the Out of the box rule and define custom settings.

        Name your Rule something to represent the group it affects EX: Group Name Possible Collision Rule

        You can add an optional color if you want to reflect on trip history, etc. Keep it Visable

        Click this button.

        Find the Driver, Asset, or Company group you want to apply this rule to.

        We will use Cassie as our example

        Click "Cassie" to select her group, this will apply to anything in Cassies Group and anything underneath her, but will not apply to Liz or Tyler here

        Click "All in Cassie"

        Click the "Comment:" field if you want to add a note about this rule

        Click "Conditions"

        These conditions should all port over from the possible collision rule, so we should not have to change anything here.

        Choose your template, in most cases default is fine.

        enter the email of the supervisor. they will get an email anytime a driver/asset in the same group experiences a possible collision.

        Click the recipient you want to receive the alert.
