Open the project where you would like to create the subsection break. \*This is different from an actual Asana Section which is a component of a project.
Click the details arrow next to the task you would like to create the subsection in.
Scroll down to subtasks and click "add subtasks".
Type "tab + n". A blank subsection header will appear for you to enter a title.
Now that the subsection has been created, you can add subtasks to that subsection.
Subtasks and Subsection headers can be moved by clicking on the six dots next to them and then dragged to their new position within the list.
*Subsections can not be given due dates, assignees, or attached to any field. These are for organization within the project only.
To see the subsections within list view, click the down arrow next to the task where the subsections are located.
The subsections and subtasks will then drop down into view.
