How to Create a Table for Your Swell Event

Select the event you'd like to work on from your event list.

Click "Setup"

Click the green plus sign to create a new product.

You'll need tickets before you can create a table. If you haven't already created those, do that now. **If you've already created your tickets, you can skip to step 12.**

Start by selecting "ticket" from the product type drop-down.

Click this checkbox next to "Active."

Tip! If you ***only want*** these tickets to be able to be purchased as part of a table and you ***don't want*** them to be sold individually on your site, check the box next to "**Hide from Public"** here.

Click into box under maximum available and enter the number of this ticket type you want to be available.

Click into the box under name and give your ticket product a name.

Click into the box under "price" and set the price for this item.

Tip! Your price can be 0.

Click "Save"

Click the green plus sign to begin creating your table product.

Select "table/team" from the product type drop-down.

Click the box next to "active".

Tip! If you don't want your tables to be able to be purchased from the front side of the site, check the box next to "hide from public."

Click into the "Maximum number available per event" field and type the number of tables you will have.

Give your tables a name.

Click into the box under "price" and type in what hosts will pay for the table.
