Click on the most recent date.
In a new tab, navigate to [https://app.clio.com/nc/#/](https://app.clio.com/nc/#/)
    Click "Activities"
Collect the details for the time entry. The client/matter is in gray. The description is below the client/matter. The time entry is auto calculated in Column E.
    Click "New time entry"
    Select the applicable matter.
Input the duration. Use the interval as written in the Google Sheet (eg, 0.25). If the client/matter says "bill $0", then change the rate in that time entry to 0.00.
Copy the description from the Google Sheet and paste into Clio.
    Click "Save entry"
