Select the 'Course Name' field and enter the title of the new course

In the pop-up, select the teams you want to grant access to the new course

If you want all teams to have access to the new course, simply select the parent team, which is the name of your club. This will automatically assign the course to all sub-teams (each department), saving you the effort of manually selecting each one individually.

Click 'Upload Photo' and select an image that represents the new course

Once you have chosen a photo, Click "Close"

Click 'Choose / Add Category' to associate the course with a specific category.

Select an existing category from the list, or create a new one by typing into the 'New Category' box and clicking 'Add'.

To remove a category, click the 'X' symbol next to the category name

Create, Import or Add an Existing Training

The simplest way to create new modules is by using your existing training content, such as Word, PowerPoint or PDF files.\

You can embed audio and/or video clips within your documents, as long as the total file size is under 200 MB. \

Obbi includes a slide editor for creating modules, which supports basic text formatting for display to your team. If you want your training content to have a specific look, such as a company logo, custom background colour, or specific text style, we'd recommend creating the content in Word, PowerPoint, or PDF first.

If you want to add a training module that has already been uploaded to Obbi, click **'Add Existing Module'**.

From there, choose the module you want to include in this course from the list provided.

To create or import a new training module, click **'Create Module'**

Click the **"Create a Single Module"** field if you want to build a new training from scratch or embed a video directly into Obbi slide editor. If you prefer to upload an existing document (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, or PDF), click the rectangular box and select the file you want to import from your device.

Once the file has downloaded click on the training name to edit the training details using the editor.
